Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
To complete their return, the customer must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs can be obtained by emailing sales@mt-rsr.com or a salesperson.
MT-RSR Return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since purchase, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued. Please inspect purchases upon arrival and notify MT-RSR immediately of any missing or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable goods that have an expiration date, such as chemicals and tire patches.
Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, MT-RSR will send an email to notify the customer that the package has been received. Included in this notification will be of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
If your return is rejected, you will have the option to have it shipped back to you at your expense or to have us scrap it.
Special Order Items
Only regular stock items can be returned. If an item has been special ordered or modified, it will not be eligible for a return.
Warranty
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If a repair or replacement is necessary, send an email to sales@mt-rsr.com and request an RMA. Parts will not be considered for warranty unless an RMA is issued before they are sent due to the fact that it will be unclear if the damage was original or if it was received while being sent back
to MT-RSR.
Warranties will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the item has been used improperly or otherwise damaged by customer error, MT-RSR will not repair or replace the item under warranty, but the customer may buy those products or
services, if available.
Items considered “consumable” will likely deteriorate in less than 60 days and claims cannot be made on these items for normal wear and tear. Examples of “consumable” items include, but are not limited to, nylon mount/demount heads, plastic inserts for metal mount/demount heads, and plastic shear gears.
Warranty claims must be made within 60 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If MT-RSR is asked to print and send a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
MT-RSR will cover the cost of shipping on returns only if they are approved as warranty claims and a return label is obtained from MT-RSR. A return label can be obtained from MT-RSR by asking for one while requesting an RMA or by emailing shipping@mt-rsr.com once an RMA has been issued.
Consider purchasing insurance on packages worth over $100. MT-RSR cannot guarantee that packages will arrive safely or in a timely manner.
Shipping Damage
In the event of shipping damage, please email shipping@mt-rsr.com as soon as possible.
In order to make a claim on a part damaged or lost in shipping in packages, the package and all of its contents must be kept until the shipping company can inspect it. Pictures are not sufficient. This policy is per UPS. If a credit is denied to MT-RSR because of failure to adhere to this policy, MT-RSR will not issue a credit to the customer.
To make a claim on parts missing or damaged on a pallet, pictures should be taken before touching anything on the pallet. Whether damaged boxes can be thrown away varies by freight company. It is recommended to keep the pallet as close as possible to the way that it arrived until approval is given by the freight company.
Expected Return Timeline
Returns are expected to take about two weeks to complete. The shipping back to MT-RSR from the customer will take 1 to 5 business days for shipments from the continental US. Please allow for extra shipping time outside of this area. Once received, the return will be processed in 1-3 business days and once refunded, it will take an additional1-3 days for credits to appear on credit cards. Returns for credit at MT-RSR are available immediately.
