The Hamaton Snap-in Valve for U-Pro Hybrid 2.0 was the first TPMS sensor model to incorporate dual-frequency technology. This advanced technology offered enhanced accuracy and reliability in tire pressure monitoring. However, with the release of newer vehicles, the technology required for sensors is also evolving. As a result, the sensor needs to be updated and phased out. Nevertheless, as newer vehicles emerge, more extensive coverage is necessary. Therefore, updating the sensor technology is essential to meet the automotive industry's changing needs.

We are thrilled to introduce the latest model of our product, the Hybrid 2.5 Dual Valve TPMS sensor. This model has a new and improved gen sensor featuring the latest chipset from NXP. With this new model, we have increased the direct TPMS-enabled vehicle coverage from 97% to 99.5%, with a 100% potential due to continual programmable updates. This means that only around ten vehicles are not covered. Our new sensor is the fastest configurable/programmable sensor in the market, taking only 3 seconds to configure. It matches OE protocols, including LOC SYNC, PAL, and WAL advanced Wheel Location Technologies.

The Hybrid 2.5 Dual Valve TPMS sensor is equipped with the popular snap-in valve on the market—Hamaton Part #6-207 or Dill VX-950. Additionally, it can program sensors through the tire with a tool while fully inflated. In case you set the sensor wrong, you would have to go back, release the pressure, accept the new protocol, reprogram, put the valve back in, and then inflate, wasting 10-15 minutes per tire.
We offer a 3-year sensor warranty from the date of installation. It has a 115 PSI Valve Rating—the highest in the industry. The OEM spec is 85PSI.

The NFC TPMS Sensor is the first and only patented smartphone programmable TPMS sensor with dual valve, which includes the same features as the Hybrid 2.5, notably dual frequencies. It is equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC), the first of its kind in North America. NFC is a set of communication protocols that enables electronic devices to communicate with each other over a distance of 4cm (1 1/2"). This offers a low-speed connection through a simple setup that can be used to establish more capable wireless connections. NFC is based on Radio-Frequency identification (RFID) technology, which allows compatible hardware to power and communicate with an otherwise unpowered and passive electronic tag using radio waves. This technology is used for identification, authentication, and tracking.

The Hybrid BLE Tesla Bluetooth Sensor is the world's number one EV Sensor that can be directly replaced with the OE sensor. It is a cost-effective TPMS solution that doesn't require any programming. The valve stems complement the alloy wheel finish and automatically connect with the Tesla system. This model has many benefits. However, due to its Bluetooth Lower Energy feature, the battery may need to be replaced more frequently. Tesla tires get less mileage and need to be replaced more often, which puts the TPMS at risk of not being reinstalled correctly. If you use the proper Lux version of the wheels instead of the standard wheels that a car rental would use, your sensor will last typically 2-3 years.

Replacement Parts

By working with Hamaton, MT-RSR can offer the largest selection of replacement parts (valves and service kits) in the market, which you can order in boxes of 10 or as part of the starter kit. Servicing valves comes with several benefits. It can extend the sensors' lifespan, which helps avoid unnecessary replacement costs. Regular servicing also maintains the functionality of the sensors, which ultimately saves money by increasing fuel economy, reducing premature tire wear, improving vehicle handling and road safety, and reducing a vehicle's CO2 emissions. Additionally, it can help shops have fewer customer complaints, returns, or "comebacks" and prolong the sensor's life.
