Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

Include the original packaging

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods or items with expiration dates, such as Xtra Seal products and select 3M Brand items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@mt-rsr.com and mail your product to:

We do not offer exchanges for different items. If you ordered the wrong product, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Return Processing Timeline

Shipping time back to MT-RSR: 1–5 business days (continental U.S.)

Return inspection & processing: 1–3 business days after receipt

Refund time to card: 1–3 business days after approval

Store credit: Available immediately once the return is processed

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
